Shipping policy
At Sauna Kind, we believe the journey matters just as much as the ritual itself. Every order is packed with care and dispatched thoughtfully from our UK partner.
Where we ship from
We are based in the UK, and all Sauna Kind orders are shipped from within the UK.
Shipping timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
Once dispatched, your order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 2–3 business days after posting.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak periods, delivery times may vary slightly
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow its progress from our hands to yours.

We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely and reliably. Our focus is on getting your Sauna Kind product to you smoothly, so you can enjoy it without delay.
International shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
